Terms of Service

❥ By commissioning me, you agree to commissioning a disabled artist and therefore understand how my disabilities may impact turnaround times.❥ I reserve the right to deny service and refuse commissions for any reason.❥ I reserve the right to cancel and refund a commission at any given point.❥ Commissions are for purely non-commercial works. For commercial work, please contact me directly for discussion.

❥ Turnaround times will vary. I will do the best to my ability to keep in touch during the process, and keep clients informed on the state of their commission.❥ Every step of the process will have WIPs to ensure quality. Approval MUST be made for each stage, or I won't progress.❥ Edits and changes during the process can be requested. Depending on their complexity, or the number of edits, an extra fee may occur.❥ Specific deadlines for commissions MUST be communicated. For anything under 14 days, a rush fee will be applied. Commissions requested in under 7 days will be denied.

❥ All payments are made via Paypal invoices and must be paid in full beforehand.❥ Commissions totaled at over $120 qualify for payment plans if necessary. The length of the
payment plan will be dependent on the total price, and a down payment will be required.❥ Commissions cancelled before completing the sketch stage will receive a full refund.❥ After the sketch stage, partial refunds will be issued according to the progress of the artwork.❥ No refunds are available for completed or near-completed work.❥ Breaking my TOS or engaging in bigoted behavior will result in blacklisting, a cancellation of the commission, and no refund.

❥ I retain all rights to my artwork and designs. This includes the full right to use commissioned artwork and designs as examples for future ventures.❥ Unused thumbnails and sketches may be recycled for future work, unless requested to be saved for another future commission.❥ Unless requested, I retain the right to post finished commissions and any other WIPs during the process.

❥ Right to personal use however the commissioner sees fit. This includes usage on personal platforms, reposting with appropriate credit, saving any WIPs, and personal prints or other goods.❥ Rights to make minor edits to the artwork. Edits such as directly editing the art, removing elements from the final image, or editing colors are not allowed unless permission is granted.❥ You may not claim the work as your own, use commercially (unless otherwise discussed in writing), and you may not use for merchandise or profit.❥ Anything involving my artwork/designs may not be minted as non-fungible tokens (NFTs) under any circumstance.

Design Terms of Service

❥ General TOS applies to all my designs, including Artist and Client rights, etc. Please make sure you give my general TOS a read.❥ Do not use my designs for any sort of offensive, harmful, or bigoted content (ie racism, transphobia, homophobia, pedophilia, etc).❥ I retain the right to revoke a design from a user if they break my TOS, whether as the original buyer or if the design was received via a trade.❥ Do not trade my designs to blacklisted users.

❥ I will take holds up to 72 hours, but this will be a case by case basis.❥ Payment must be made in full before files to the design will be received. If payment is not made on time with no communication, the design will be forfeited and sold to the next highest bidder.❥ Refunds and chargebacks are not permitted.

reselling/trading

❥ You may resell designs for the original price you purchased it for. Commissioned art may add to the resell value for the price you paid of each commission. Gift art, traded art, and personal art does not add value. Do not upsell my designs.❥ You may trade the design for other goods / services / designs.❥ Partial resells + trades are allowed.❥ Original design/files must remain intact, even if edits to the design are made.❥ Once a design is traded or resold, it is no longer yours.❥ Once a design is traded for another design/good, it loses all value. Future trades must not include vouchers or money unless there is additional commissioned art by the current owner of the design.❥ Do not trade designs with NSFW art or design aspects to minors under any circumstance, even if you delete the NSFW art.

❥ You must always request permission before editting my artwork, and I must approve final edits before they may be uploaded and finalized.❥ No matter the edits you make, you must keep the original artwork/design file intact for potential future owners.❥ Allowed edits include: minor color edits, minor appearance edits, additional or removal of clothing and accessories, new outfits, minor detail work, converting a design to a CS❥ Unallowed edits include: Detransitioning a visibly trans design, whitewashing a POC design (such as lightening skintone, removing ethnic features, and removing textured hair), major color edits, major edits to my lineart.

❥ You may change the sex/gender as you like.❥ Do not detransition a visibly trans design.❥ Do not make a plus-sized design skinny.❥ Do not whitewash any of my POC designs, such as lightening skintone, changing locs to straight hair, making facial features eurocentric, etc.❥ The design MUST retain some semblance to the original. Please try to keep it about 60% recognizable.❥ You may not despecies any design without permission.
